Despite being relatively new to Scientology, Dawn Gladwell has taken on one of the key executive positions at the Boulder Mission as the HES. She'll help you with personnel & organizational communication matters. She's also here to help people with any problems they are having with ethics. Dawn plays a large role in putting the Mission here.
